Mar 13, 2012 - Natural Baltic Amber stones wholesale in Poland at 1 Euro plus minus per GRAM. 1 to 3 inch diameter stones at a "dollar a rock" is unheard of here for genuine Natural Baltic Amber. In short I do not know what you are buying. Insect inclusions are EXTREMELY rare in natural baltic amber. Some ambers from other parts of the world have more inclusions. See out natural baltic amber com website for more on types of amber and counterfeit.

Mar 24, 2012 - Little correction - honey/cognac, yellow ambers are found often. If amber is in honey color it does not mean it was heated/cooled or somehow enhanced in other way. Same goes and for Chery, white, light yellow, black, amber with shade of green, with shade of blue and so on - just these colors are rare. For example ~1% of found amber is white/ligh yellow. Blue shade amber is the rarest Baltic amber color.

Mar 24, 2012 - Please, let us not lead people astray. The colors you mention are just as you say - rare. What people see when they buy is, like I said in the video, Generally processed in some way or another. And if you buy amber as it comes out of the mines, or unbarked as it is often called, your chances of seeing the colors you mention are so close to zero that you should assume them to be zero. Counterfeiters prey on those who want these rare stones and sell them junk Do not raise expectations.
